If you received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order and request a return. Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be turned away. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to use a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Upon receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 48 hours in the same manor in which the original payment was made, and may take up to an additional 5-7 business days for bank or credit card processing.
If an item is missing, you will be notified when the backordered item is available.
