Order processing

Orders are usually fulfilled within 5-10 business days (does not include weekends).
In the event you are purchasing a pre order or there is delayed processing on an item, this will be specified under product details.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are fulfilled.

Please note, a 3% fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.

Shipping

We offer Canada wide free standard shipping on orders over $150 via Canada Post. (2-7 business days)

All orders under $150 are charged a standard shipping fee of $20. 

All international orders are $20 flat rate shipping fee.

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with tracking. 

We offer free pick up for local orders in the West end of Toronto (address provided at checkout).

Lost or Stollen Packages

Lavette cannot be held liable for orders that are lost or stolen, once they have been delivered to your doorstep.
In the event that Canada post loses your package, a claim will need to be submitted for refund, and Canada post will only cover up to $100.00 towards the order contents. If you wish to insure your package for the full order amount, please contact us to arrange. The $100.00 refund will only occur, once Lavette has received this refund from Canada Post. If the package is located and returned to us in original condition, within 6 months of order date, then we will refund the order in full.
